Our Company was originally incorporated on April 29, 1993 as “Gandhinagar Plastronics Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Haveli. The Name of our company changed from “Gandhinagar Plastronics Private Limited” to “Jay Gems (India) Private Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 05, 2010 was issued by Assistant Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
Further, the name of our company was changed from “Jay Gems (India) Private Limited” to “Dev Labtech Venture Private Limited” and fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 22, 2022 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the company was changed from “Dev Labtech Venture Private Limited” to “Dev Labtech Venture Limited” vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated September 23, 2022 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.

He is having of experience of 9 years in the Diamond Industry. He has expertise in the field of Accounting, Finance, Banking, Market research, Financial Market Strategies, and Sales & Marketing strategies in the Business Development of the Company. He looks after the finance-related matters of the company.
